In a day and age where less and less people might fork over their hard-earned dough for premium surf reports, Surfline has come up with an idea that could help their overall bottom line: Selling photos. It's a great idea considering the stockpile Surfline has compiled the last 30 years or so. So they've been aggressively pursuing photogs all over the world and have spent good money developing their new web interface. Although not everyone buys surf photos, some definitely will. Whether or not it's a profiting venture is anyone's guess. But you can't blame them for trying, and hats off to Surfline for giving the photogs another outlet to help their bottom line. Check's in the mail.
