DIVE N’SURF’S SUMMER SHAPER SERIES FEATURES BILL STEWART OF STEWART SURFBOARDS JUNE 13th IN THE SOUTH BAY

Dive N’ Surf kicks off its second event of the Dive N’ Surf Summer Shaper Series Saturday, June 13th, at Torrance Beach, California at 7am. The event is followed by a meet and greet at Dive N’ Surf at 10am.

Featuring some of the top surfboard craftsmen in the world, each Shaper Series allows guests to meet the featured shaper, demo their surfboards in the water and meet the people behind the surf industry’s top brands. The first event, featuring shaper Robert Weiner was a huge success.

Part two of the series features Bill Stewart who’s famous beveled rail Hydro Hull that he made in the 80s has became a worldwide staple in longboard design. His shop, Stewart Surfboards, has also been around for over 27 years. “We are the Kings of Customs,” says Bill who has shaped over 40,000 plus boards himself and helped produce over 100,000 plus boards under the Stewart label.
